Refund Policy

1. Course Cancellation

1.1 Full refunds are provided if cancellation is made 14 days before course start date.
1.2 50% refund if cancellation is made 7-13 days before course start date.
1.3 No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before course start date.

2. Membership Cancellation

2.1 Monthly memberships may be cancelled with 30 days notice.
2.2 Annual memberships may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less a processing fee.
2.3 No refunds for partially used membership periods.

3. Medical Circumstances

3.1 Full or partial refunds may be provided for medical conditions with proper documentation.
3.2 Each case will be reviewed individually.
3.3 Credit toward future services may be offered as an alternative.

4. Service Quality

4.1 If you're unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days.
4.2 We will work to resolve any issues or provide appropriate compensation.
4.3 Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

5. Processing Time

5.1 Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
5.2 Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
